Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking an Online Manager to drive day-to-day online operations in-store, manage rota planning, ensure picking accuracy and deliver great customer satisfaction on the online channel.

You’ll lead a team through structured processes, coaching and engaging staff to maintain high availability and strong performance. The role requires experience in online retail leadership, with a focus on accuracy, operational efficiency and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Strong organisational skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor to maintain great availability and key metrics.
• Lead and coach the team to improve routines and processes with a selling culture.
• Drive online shrink agenda with data-led decisions and effective rota planning.
