Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an Online Manager to lead our in-store online operation in Frome. You will drive the online shrink agenda, validate picker and driver resources, and ensure rota planning keeps vans on the road and customers happy.

You will lead a team to improve trading activity, availability, and KPI delivery while shaping a culture of service with pride. The role requires flexibility, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to improve processes.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor to drive availability and metrics.
Lead and coach the team to improve processes and driving picking accuracy in online operations.
Manage rota planning and resource allocation to support in-store online fulfilment.
