Responsibilities

• Direct a small team of managers to deliver the online delivery operation ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Review data and ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
• Plan for upcoming trading activities with store leadership.
• Overnight store accountability and coaching for high standards and efficiency.
• Manage pay, scheduling, training, and employee relations including performance and disciplinaries.
• Lead early-morning online picking operations (04:00–08:00).
• Drive customer-focused performance and engagement through KPI delivery.
• Handle change initiatives and roll out new ways of working.
