Job summary

Sainsbury’s Group is looking for an Online Manager to lead and coach a large team of shoppers and drivers delivering in-store online service. You’ll work closely with store managers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for both online and in-store customers.

Role involves early shifts (04:00–08:00) and responsibility for performance, disciplinary matters, and scheduling. A strong focus on service, safety and people development is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and developing teams in fast-paced operations.
• Delivers brilliant customer service with coaching to emulate.
• Tracks and improves KPI performance across a large team.
• Experience handling employee relations issues and disciplinaries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure success of the in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers for seamless, safe shopping.
• Collaborate with managers to improve overall store shopping experience.
• Manage performance, capability, scheduling and pay considerations.
