Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a Lead Online Manager at our Ipswich Hadleigh Road Store. You will lead online delivery operations, drive on-time performance, and coach a team of managers in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

You’ll oversee overnight shifts, optimize processes, and use data to improve customer satisfaction and stock availability while promoting an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

• Proven ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Strong capability in planning for key trading activities with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating independently in absence of senior management.

Responsabilités

• Direct a small team of managers to deliver the online delivery operation of the supermarket, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Review data and ensure compliance with processes and procedures across the store leadership team.
• Plan for upcoming trading activities by coordinating with other store leaders.
• Oversee the store overnight shift, modelling high standards and efficiency.
• Manage personnel activities including pay, scheduling, training, performance, and disciplinaries.
