Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Advisor to join a busy online service team. You will handle orders, enquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This temporary-to-permanent role offers full training, regular Monday–Friday hours and long-term career prospects within a established business. Immediate start preferred.

• Communicating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
