Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Customer Support Advisor in Chester to join our head office team. The role combines customer service, account management and sales support, handling orders from intake through delivery and promoting our products and services to help customers grow their businesses.

You will be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building relationships, resolving queries and guiding them to online ordering and digital tools.
