Job description
Role Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support for secondary pupils with SEMH needs
  • Support emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and engagement in lessons
  • Assist with differentiated learning, routines, and therapeutic strategies
  • Help implement individual behaviour plans, IEPs, and targets
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, families, and external professionals
