Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Tech Bar Support professional for Bristol. This full-time role involves on-site IT support for colleagues, helping them resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues across Windows, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices.

You will work in a team that values strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to mentor others. The role offers a stable on-site schedule with opportunities to learn and grow within a large financial services group.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Microsoft Windows technical support in an enterprise-scale environment including incident management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and experience troubleshooting the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams).
• Experience supporting mobile devices and BYOD, with remote connectivity issues and remote-working tech.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting desktops and laptops.
• Good technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and improve customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-scale IT support at the Lloyds Banking Group Tech Bar in Bristol.
• Assist colleagues with device-related issues and technology adoption.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Collaborate with platform teams to deliver high-quality support.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge to improve service quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer journey and experience.
