Telefónica Tech seeks an on-site Technical Support Engineer in Bristol to deliver hands-on technical support for a major client. You will perform on-site diagnostics, install network equipment, and coordinate with offsite teams to resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.

The role requires strong communication, customer-facing skills, and the ability to triage issues while maintaining documentation. This is an onsite position supporting a prestigious client base in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site technical support and customer interaction.
• Ability to triage incidents and coordinate with offsite teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical support in Bristol for Telefónica Tech client.
• Install and support network equipment (access switches, printers, AV gear) at customer premises.
• Perform daily checks, log and escalate incidents with third-party vendors as needed.
• Document work and maintain service standards under guidance.
