Job summary
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an on-site Tech Bar guide to support colleagues with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, including Teams. You will diagnose, resolve, and communicate technical issues, helping users be productive with their devices and remote work tools.
You will mentor teammates, collaborate with platform teams, and contribute to a positive, inclusive tech support experience across the Bristol site.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in Windows technical support within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 including Teams.
- Experience supporting mobile devices and BYOD and remote connectivity issues.
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops and laptops.
- Good technical knowledge diagnosing and resolving network-related issues.
- Ability to mentor junior team members for high-quality IT support.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support at the Lloyds Tech Bar and assist colleagues with devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows, Teams and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with platform teams and partners to deliver excellent support.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues to improve the customer journey.
