Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact to determine customer needs on-site in Bristol.
• Perform on-site support and triage for desks, ports, WAPs, printers, AV gear and tablets.
• Escalate incidents to the offsite team as required and assist with on-site resolution.
• Conduct daily checks and monitoring of on-site equipment.
• Log tickets with 3rd party vendors and assist with network equipment installations.
• Adapt to changing duties while maintaining service standards.
