Job summary

Get Living London Limited is seeking a dedicated Concierge/Resident Host for our Birmingham neighbourhood. You will engage daily with residents, welcome visitors, and ensure a high standard of service across move-ins, tours, and daily operations.

You will coordinate with leasing and management teams, manage diaries, and maintain CRM records while upholding safety and cleanliness across the building.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strong customer service within residential or service sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office; experience with Yardi/RentCafe/Hubspot.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to engage confidently with residents and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary, customer facing representative of Get Living and ensure exemplary experience from enquiry to move-in and beyond.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist residents with queries about premises facilities and local area recommendations.
• Support amenity bookings, event coordination, and diary management for tours.
• Liaise with Resident Management on move-ins/move-outs and pre-move-in works; maintain CRM records.
