Job summary

Berkeley Living, located in Slough, is seeking a Resident Service Associate to join our Build to Rent team. Based in Slough, you will man the concierge, support leasing viewings, and deliver a premium resident experience across the community.

You will organise events, manage deliveries, and ensure the upkeep of communal areas while collaborating with the General Manager and leasing team to ensure smooth move-ins and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the concierge area, greeting residents and visitors, handling walk in enquiries and ensuring every interaction is best-in-class.
• Support the leasing team with viewing appointments of apartments as per the Berkeley Living approach.
• Deliver a seamless, high-touch customer journey and ensure residents feel valued and supported throughout.
• Support retention by creating a positive resident experience, including events, offers and community initiatives.
• Prepare welcome gifts for move-ins and carry out check-in and check-out inventory reports.
• Organise and deliver resident experience events to foster a strong community.
• Oversee the main concierge area ensuring it is manned, clean and tidy.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure safe receipt and storage.
• Assist the General Manager with tasks to ensure smooth operations of the scheme.
• Ensure communal areas and available apartments are clean and well presented for tours and move-ins.
• Assist in unit turn process and manage check-in/check-out per SLAs.
• Engage with the local community to gain knowledge relevant to residents.
• Ensure regular resident communication and capture feedback for service improvements.
• Follow security and emergency procedures and report concerns to the General Manager.
• Respond promptly and warmly to CRM queue inquiries and coordinate handovers with leasing.
