Job summary

Savills is seeking an on-site Resident Services Coordinator for a Birmingham BTR development. You will provide lettings and property management, ensuring top-tier resident service, safety, and community engagement.

You will manage the front desk, handle inquiries, coordinate contractors, perform regular inspections, and support documentation and compliance processes. This is a 12-month FTC with 19:00–07:00 shifts (4 days on / 4 days off).

Responsibilities

• Welcomes residents and delivers first-class service.
• Man the front desk and maintain a high standard.
• Monitor resident email inbox and respond to requests.
• Foster community through communication and events.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance issues.
• Coordinate contractor appointments and log issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of communal areas.
• Ensure apartments are presentable to prospective tenants.
• Keep leasing trackers up to date with viewings.
• Conduct check-ins/check-outs and building walks.
• Assist with compliance checks and documentation.
