Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of front of house concierge and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Confident, articulate communicator able to build relationships with residents, visitors and contractors.
• Able to work with autonomy and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with staff, residents and contractors and be the first point of contact.
• Meet and greet visitors and maintain logs as required.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and keep the concierge area clean and welcoming.
• Remain at the reception/concierge desk and be unmanned at no time.
• Log faults and repairs and report to building management using site procedures.
• Monitor access points and screen visitors; report anything unusual or suspicious.
• Assist residents, visitors and staff, including in emergencies.
• Follow concierge processes, procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and, if a uniform is provided, keep it clean.
