Job summary

BARRATT REDROW PLC is recruiting a Site Manager to help deliver high-quality developments across the UK. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support site leadership to meet programme, quality and cost targets.

You will coordinate trades, supervise the site team and subcontractors, participate in Sales/Build meetings, and deputise when required, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of CIOB or NVQ in Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager in coordinating trades, labour and materials.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings and inspections of show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site team is well-resourced with clear responsibilities and supported.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers.
