Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager-level candidate to support site development from planning through completion. You will oversee programme delivery, quality, and cost targets while leading the on-site team and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with build schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on health and safety, and the ability to liaise with Sales teams, customers and management. A hybrid approach to site work is recognised where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders, or NVQ level in Construction Management.
• Time-served tradesman with extensive construction experience.
• Experience delivering on established build programmes.
• Knowledge of health and safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and costs.
• Customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating trades and materials.
• Attend regular Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team.
• Depitise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure site resources, training and workload are well directed.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
