Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee development from start to finish, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will help manage the site team and subcontractors in a busy construction environment across our 400 developments.

You will coordinate trades, labour and materials, attend Sales/Build meetings, deputise as needed, and ensure the team is resourced with clear responsibilities while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience within established build programmes.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by on-site teams and trades.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of CIOB and/or NVQ level in Construction Management or time-served tradesman.
• In-depth knowledge of construction trades and legislative requirements (H&S, NHBC, Building Regulations).
• Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work with Sales Team; attend regular Sales/Build meetings and inspections of show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site Construction team is well-resourced with clear guidelines and development.
• Be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
