Job summary

Barratt Redrow plc is seeking a Site Manager to support the development lifecycle from procurement to handover. You will assist in managing the site to meet programme, quality and cost targets through the on-site team and subcontractors.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate trades, attend Sales/Build meetings, deputise when needed and ensure customer service excellence. The role requires knowledge of Health & Safety and NHBC standards, with a strong on-site construction background.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery of targets by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ level in Construction Management or time served tradesman with wide construction trades experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction trades and regulatory requirements (Health & Safety, NHBC, Building Regulations).
• Good knowledge of customer service issues and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed; inspect show homes.
• Possibly deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure on-site team is resourced with clear job responsibilities and ongoing training.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
