Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support and eventually lead on-site development activities from programme to completion. You will coordinate trades, direct labour and materials, while maintaining safety, quality and cost targets on, and around, multiple sites.

The role requires assertiveness to drive delivery, strong customer service skills, and a solid understanding of building regulations and NHBC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programmes.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Membership of Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ in Construction Management or time-served tradesman.
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong focus on customer service on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures and inspections are followed.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
• Ensure the on-site team is fully resourced and well-directed with clear guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards.
