Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar position with an understanding of commercial contracts.
• Experience leading a team responsible for transport functions.
• Knowledge of logistics operations including HGV fleet and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage full budgetary responsibility for the customer’s contract.
• Drive development and lead the contract through required changes.
• Ensure client SLAs are met and operational issues escalated appropriately.
• Manage relationship with sub-contractors and oversee operational compliance.
