Responsibilities

• Team Performance: Direct daily operations of the internal sales department, aligning activities with revenue targets and KPIs.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Cultivate a high-achieving sales culture through continuous development and coaching.
• Pipeline Optimization: Oversee quote management to maximize conversion and pursue new vertical market opportunities.
• Talent Management: Oversee headcount planning and onboarding of new sales personnel.
• Account development: Manage a select set of top tier accounts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate sales analytics, dashboards, and trend forecasts.
