Momentum Security Recruitment seeks an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team in a fast-growing technology and security environment. You will drive revenue growth, mentor talent and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong track record in B2B sales, and the ability to coach, motivate and strategize to exceed targets in a competitive market across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a B2B sales environment.
• Sector experience in technology, systems integrators/installers, manufacturers, distributors would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to track, analyse and exceed targets and departmental budgets.
• Elite interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities to support staff development and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the internal sales department, aligning activities with revenue targets and KPIs.
• Cultivate a high-achieving sales culture through coaching and professional development.
• Oversee quote management and proactive pursuit of new vertical market opportunities.
• Oversee resource allocation, headcount planning and onboarding of new sales personnel.
• Hold responsibility for a select set of top tier accounts.
• Generate comprehensive sales analytics, dashboards and trend forecasts.
