8.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 15.00pm on Fridays

We have partnered with a well-established finance business, who are looking for comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to their senior staff and advisers, ensuring high-quality service to both the internal team and clients. This role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate, timely administrative and secretarial support to leadership and advisers.
  • Produce detailed client meeting notes and correspondence, and ensure all information is correctly processed in the CRM system.
  • Maintain and update client records across relevant platforms while preserving confidentiality.
  • Manage personal workflow and support the wider team as needed.
  • Ensure accurate upkeep of Salesforce and other operational systems.
  • Respond to emails promptly, keep spreadsheets updated, and log all work appropriately.
  • Carry out general administrative duties including printing, scanning, filing, handling calls, and chasing outstanding items.
  • Support with business submissions and procedural checks.
