Job description

Salary : Up to 30000 DoE

Location : Cheadle

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours)

  • Deliver an exceptional visitor experience including welcoming guests and ensuring they are introduced to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings for managers presentations and general site use.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post including accurate recording and distribution.
  • Handle customer e-billing enquiries received via email and forward them to the relevant staff.
  • Operate a busy switchboard directing calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the preparation of ID card requests for Security processing.
  • Place and manage stationery orders for the business.
  • Report any site issues or defects to the Facilities Team.
  • Support the local management of ISO 14001 & ISO 27001 standards with potential expansion to additional accreditations.
  • Oversee car parking facilities on site.
  • Manage office equipment to ensure it is maintained and operational.
  • Provide support to the IT Team for on-site duties.
  • Assist with the local management of fire safety and evacuation procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Smart appearance and good timekeeping.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
