Job Title : Office Manager

Job Type : Full-time Permanent

Location : Farnham Surrey

Remuneration : 30000 to 40000 per year dependant on experience

Estimated Start Date : As soon as possible

Background

Established in 1972 Eurograde Plant Limited is a family run business specialising in commercial heating solutions within the water waste industry across the UK. Our work consists of working with commercial steam and biogas boilers gas systems low temperature hot water combustion burners and process heating requirements.

We are seeking a proactive highly organised Office Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will ensure smooth day-to-day operations manage compliance documentation and support our team and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and is confident at building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update health & safety environmental and Company management documentation
  • Assist with annual audits with a view of completing them independently in due course
  • Act as the key contract for client queries
  • Manage engineer calendars method statements and risk assessments (with technical input from the Technical team)
  • Apply for permits through the eTWOSA (electronic Thames Water Operational Safety Authorisation)
  • Raise and process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors (technical input from the Technical team)
  • Manage hire equipment including arranging on-hire and off-hire (technical input from the Technical team)
  • Oversee calibration schedules ensuring all equipment remains compliant and up to date
  • Oversee the smooth running of the office ensuring an efficient and professional working environment
  • Organise Company events and team activities including the Christmas party
  • Facilitate communication between clients engineers and the Technical team

This list is not exhaustive and the post-holder will be required to undertake other duties as and when required which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities. However as we are a growing Company we would expect these duties to evolve and change over time.

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Experience and Education
  • Previous experience in office management administration or operations desired
