A healthcare organization in Liverpool seeks an Office Administrator to support the operations of its Virtual Wards. You will maintain records, assist with staff training, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The candidate will provide administration support across 3 Virtual Wards. The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations of the Virtual Wards offices. Working closely with the Office Manager and Team Leaders, the postholder will ensure administrative processes are maintained to a high standard, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the service.
