About you
  • Qualification in Business Administration with at least 1 year's administrative experience or 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience of minute taking with fast, accurate typing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy office environment
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Desirable: experience working in the voluntary or community sector
What you'll do
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and governance functions
  • Act as a first point of contact, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house service
  • Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, prepare papers, agendas, and minutes
  • Support health & safety, facilities management, and office compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and organisational policies
  • Assist with events, training sessions, and internal communications
  • Support Board and committee administration, ensuring effective governance processes
