  • Competent in all standard Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Reliable & punctual.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, distribute messages accurately.
  • Respond to email communications to a high standard.
  • Liaise with the Operations Director daily.
  • Communicate with clients to book appointments.
  • Provide customers with quotations for contracts.
  • Produce and send contracts.
  • Schedule and produce daily worksheets for the workforce.
  • Assist with accounts by taking payments and chasing PO’s.

Overview

Terminator Pest Control Ltd are seeking an Office Administrator to support their existing Office team. As part of our Terminator Pest Control, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and helping to ensure the efficient delivery of services across the business. The working hours will be agreed upon at interview to suit both the successful applicant and the needs of the business. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls. Ensure a prompt and accurate distribution of messages and correspondence to the appropriate parties.
  • Respond to email communications to a high standard.
  • Liaise with the Operations Director on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with clients to book appointments and arrange visits.
  • Providing customers with quotations for contracts and reactive treatments
  • Producing & sending Contracts
  • Scheduling & producing daily worksheets for the individual workforce
  • Assisting with accounts – taking telephone payments, requesting/chasing PO’s
Skills required
  • Previous office / administration experience is desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided to the right candidate
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced and competent in all standard Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Must be reliable & punctual
  • Must be conscientious, proactive and have a good attention to detail
