LM Technologies is at an exciting point in our growth phase as we are expanding to a new office in the heart of Bath, Somerset.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to manage the day to day administration of the office activities, operations and working environment. Their responsibilities will also include overseeing deliveries and outbound shipments as well as Financial and non-financial data inputting, whilst providing some assistance and support to the CEO and leadership team.Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Input receipts and invoices into the company’s accounting system.
  • Chase customers for outstanding debts.
  • Assist with stock management including stock counts, dispatch, international exports and goods-in processes.
  • Prepare and Maintain stock of retail packaging material.
  • Responsible for managing the customer sample process.
  • Order packaging according to product or customer specifications.
  • General Office administration.
  • Ensure stationary and supplies are well stocked.
  • Arrange staff itinerary and travel.
  • Make sure the office is tidy, presentable and secure at all times.
  • Front desk duties including welcoming visitors to the office.
  • Manage incoming calls including screening, filtering and forwarding.
  • Manage Petty Cash Float.
  • Manage the post.
  • Assist in organising Exhibitions, including ordering supplies.
  • Act as the secondary fire warden and first-aid representative.
  • Assist in ensuring the office is Health & Safety compliant.
  • Support the CEO and management team as required.

Who we are looking for:

  • A self-motivated and hard working individual who enjoys a variety of duties.
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other office software.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly organised, confident and assertive.
  • Team Player, who contributes towards the company’s goals.
  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
  • Able to travel to London or internationally, with overnight stays, when required
