Legal Secretary and Office Administrator

Wareham, Dorset

9am-5.15pm | Monday-Friday - Job Share

Position

  • First point of contact for all visitors to the Wareham office, providing a friendly and welcoming service.
  • Providing all round secretarial and administrative support
  • Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
  • Diary management
  • Health and safety champion for the site, full training will be provided.
  • Scanning and file closing.
  • Maintaining filing and record systems
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Office support including ordering and replenishing consumables, and maintaining communal areas

The role will be based on reception as it will include office management duties such as ordering stationery, meet and greeting of clients, health and safety and controlling and balancing petty cash. You'll play a vital role in office support, including restocking and replenishing consumables, keeping the communal areas organised and maintaining the coffee machine, liaising with the Facilities team as required.

We are currently recruiting for 2 Receptionist and Office Administrators as a job share for our busy and successful Wareham office.

Working Hours: This is a part-time position, with hours divided between two job share partners. Each partner will work 3 days per week with a cross over day on a Monday or Wednesday.

9am-5.15pm on all days.

Please note due to the nature of this role hybrid working is not available.

Requirements

  • Can work under pressure
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Ensure that the client's best interests are always served
  • Excellent typing skills
  • IT skills are essential.
