Job summary

Housing Ombudsman Service is recruiting a Learning and Organisational Development Officer to join the People function. You will support coordination, design and delivery of L&OD activities, answer queries, maintain learning systems and collate data to improve the programme.

You will work with L&OD Business Partners to design and evaluate training, contribute to skills audits and learning needs analysis, and support the Colleague Forum and apprenticeship lifecycle, while drafting internal

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning materials for digital, virtual and in-person delivery.
• Experience delivering work-based learning and organisational development initiatives.
• Experience evaluating OD initiatives to demonstrate impact and value.
• Experience coordinating the apprenticeship lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, design and deliver in-person and online work-based training.
• Maintain learning systems and content; collate data for programme improvement.
• Support Colleague Forum and circulate agendas; record actions.
• Draft and publish internal communications related to L&OD activity.
