Job summary

Delta Housing is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to help implement and maintain a learning environment aligned with the company's corporate plan. The role involves helping colleagues access development opportunities, creating engaging resources, supporting apprenticeships, and contributing to organisational capability.

Key duties include supporting apprenticeships, building relationships to identify learning needs, managing LMS records, and analysing learning data to drive

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting apprenticeships, professional qualifications and other structured development programmes.
• Ability to build effective working relationships to identify and meet learning needs.
• Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and maintaining accurate learning records and reports.
• Ability to analyse learning data, interpret trends and make recommendations to improve learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues across the organisation to identify and access learning opportunities, including qualifications, apprenticeships, and external training programmes.
• Create and maintain engaging learning resources, including eLearning modules, guides, toolkits, and supporting materials.
• Support the delivery of internal learning programmes, including induction, management development, and other initiatives.
• Act as a key contact for apprentices, guiding and monitoring progress with apprentices and line managers.
• Conduct skills gap analyses across teams to inform learning priorities.
