Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support in an L&D/HR/OD environment.
• Accurate maintenance of databases and electronic records.
• Experience coordinating meetings, training events, workshops or development programmes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to OD & L&D functions.
• Manage shared team mailboxes and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain records, databases and data entry with accuracy.
• Administer LMS for face-to-face and e-learning programmes.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and events.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange workshops.
• Prepare and promote communications related to learning programmes and OD initiatives.
