Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Learning and Development Advisor in London to establish a robust competency development framework tailored to the housing sector, working with stakeholders to meet staff development and regulatory compliance. You will design and commission training programmes, collaborate with housing experts, deliver sessions, and monitor effectiveness while staying updated on housing regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Learning and Development, including training design and delivery.
Familiarity with housing regulations and staff development practises.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a competency development framework for staff within the housing sector.
Design and commission training programmes that align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with housing experts to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, making improvements as necessary.
Stay updated on housing regulations and best practises to inform training content.
