Job summary

McGregor Boyall is seeking a highly organised Organisational Development Specialist to join a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate learning and talent programmes and provide hands-on support within an experienced OD team.

You will manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, publish the annual learning curriculum, coordinate external training, and ensure smooth programme logistics and administration while driving continuous improvement across OD projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, learning and development, talent or HR programme coordination.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating learning curricula and external training is desirable.
