Overview

Occupational Therapist Disability Assessor – Location: Greenock. Permanent - full time or part time available (Mon-Fri). Hybrid working with a mix of remote and assessment centre work to support a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Use your clinical experience to work with people who have a diverse range of health conditions and understand how their disability affects daily life.
  • Complete detailed, meaningful, and respectful assessments over the telephone, video, or face-to-face, in office or home settings.
  • Interpret medical evidence and compile findings into a comprehensive report to support decision-making by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Requirements
  • We can only accept applications from Occupational Therapists for this vacancy.
  • HCPC registration is required.
  • At least 1 year of broad post-qualification experience; UK experience is essential.
  • Proactive, keen to learn and receptive to feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and IT competency is essential.
