  • Provide onsite and clinic health services including health surveillance.
  • Conduct pre-employment medicals and assessments.
  • Administer basic health checks and wellness advice.

Ability to work independently as an Occupational Health Technician
Effective communication and relationship building skills
Pro-active and motivated approach to challenges
Willingness to travel and stay overnight

Package Details: £28,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Company Benefits

Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Location: Scotland (Mobile screening unit travel required)

OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Technician. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Technician to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well‑being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health and Well‑being Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients, and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the delivery of OH services provided to their clients.

The Role

You will provide a range of services both onsite and in clinics, providing the following services:

  • Health Surveillance (Audiometry, Spi, Vision Tests, Skin Inspections & HAVS)
  • Pre‑Employment Medicals, Assessments & Questionnaires
  • Basic Health Checks (Blood, Glucose, Urinalysis)
  • Drug & Alcohol
  • Phlebotomy
  • Health Promotion & Well‑being Advice
Requirements
  • Current or previous experience working within Health, Well‑being or Fitness sectors
  • Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Technician
  • A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills
  • A pro‑active & motivated person who endeavors all types of challenges
  • Willingness to do extensive travelling & overnight stays when required
  • A valid Full UK driving licence (essential)
