Pay, Benefits & Culture

The salary range for this role is between £35,059 and £42,383. Appointment will be based on the parameters outlined in the Company Agreement as well as your current salary, competence, experience and qualifications. Benefits include enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle leasing, health insurance, product discounts, critical illness insurance, technology vouchers, gym membership, and season ticket loans.

EDF UK embraces flexibility while recognising that everyone's working needs are different. Whether you’re in our office spaces, on site, or working remotely, we promote an environment that supports collaboration, connection, and comfort. Our priority is to ensure you feel safe, valued, and celebrated wherever you are.

We do right by each other and welcome everyone. We pursue equity, diversity, and inclusion and aim for an equal gender balance, a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability, and social mobility support.

We are a disability confident employer and will do what we can to assist with your application. Please let us know if you need to request reasonable adjustments.

We foster a dynamic and inclusive environment where diverse backgrounds and experiences drive fresh thinking and innovation. Success means different things to different people; we support you to pursue a career that is unique to you because success is personal.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Occupational Health service, conducting health surveillance, fitness-for-work medicals, and health assessments including drug and alcohol testing. You’ll also offer mental health advice and support to foster a culture of wellbeing across the site.
