A transport service provider is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to deliver occupational health services to its employees. This role involves clinical case management, conducting health surveillance, and undertaking medical assessments. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with a degree in Occupational Health and 3 years of experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. To deliver evidence based occupational health services to South Western Railway working with the wider occupational health team, HR and managers of the business. To undertake assessments of SWR employees competently and complying with Railway, Company and Departmental standards where applicable. Deliver wellbeing initiatives in line with the company wellbeing strategy to SWR employees.
Overline House is conveniently situated overlooking Southampton Central Station and is easily accessible by public transport. The station is very local to West Quay, a hub for retailers and restaurants, and provides an excellent link between London, Coastal areas and the Isle of Wight.
Working an average of 22.5 hours per week over 3 days
08:30-16:30, 3 days per week (days to be confirmed)
