Job description

Overview

Our client based in Acton is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a permanent basis within a friendly and supportive team. The role is permanent, ideally full time (5 days per week). Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
• Support all aspects of the occupational health remit
• Support recruitment and training needs
• Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
• Meet the strategic aims of the emergency response, treatment and OH service
• Work closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders across multiple sites

Qualifications and experience

• NMC Registered Nurse
• OH Degree/Diploma essential
• Case management experience essential
• Line management experience essential
