Overview

Location: North Yorkshire (with flexible home working). Pay Rate: £44.14 per hour. Hours: 15–20 per week. Contract: Locum / Temporary. Pertemps Social Care are recruiting on behalf of North Yorkshire Council’s Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their dedicated team. This small but specialist service is made up of qualified OH Advisers and Technicians, delivering occupational health services, health promotion activities, and health surveillance programmes to managers and staff across the Council, schools, academies, and external contracts.

Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload with significant autonomy.
  • Provide expert case management advice, ensuring positive and timely outcomes.
  • Contribute to health promotion and health surveillance programmes.
  • Work flexibly from home, with the service based at County Hall, Northallerton.
  • Deliver a high-quality service that is both clinically sound and operationally effective.
Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an OH professional who:

  • Holds the relevant Occupational Health qualifications.
  • Has extensive experience in case management.
