Barchester Healthcare in Malvern Hills is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy at our premium care home. You will manage enquiries, deliver tours, and network with the local community to grow resident admissions while collaborating with an exceptional management team.

The role combines sales and marketing across digital profiles, events and local partnerships. You will analyse data, report on performance, and represent Barchester in a professional, patient‑focused manner.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyse data on CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Interpersonal and professional manner
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Network within the local community to raise the home profile and generate enquiries
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversions and increase occupancy
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
• Represent Barchester professionally to potential residents and relatives
• Maintain a contacts database and respond promptly to sales enquiries
