Job summary

Barchester is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in Malvern. You will drive occupancy by delivering a full range of sales and marketing activities, handling enquiries and networking with the local community.

You should bring proven sales and marketing experience, be CRM savvy (Salesforce), and have strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence is required and you’ll work within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a related sector.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Network within the local community to raise home profile.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries.
• Represent Barchester professionally and conduct informative tours.
