Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team in the UK. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, developing the home’s digital profile and networking with the local community.

We value a professional sales professional who can analyse CRM data, work with a supportive management team and deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to grow resident numbers.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse CRM data to inform decisions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Hold a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Represent the home in a professional, friendly manner.
• Network within the local community to raise the home’s profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to drive enquiries and occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Maintain effective records and data on leads and residents.
