Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data using CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.
• Interpersonal and professional networking skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Represent the home in a friendly, professional manner and provide tours.
• Network with the local community to raise the home profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate leads and increase occupancy.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
