Job summary

Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy.

This role involves delivering a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive occupancy, including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. You will be part of an exceptional management team focused on first-class care.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
