Barchester is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will drive occupancy through a full range of sales and marketing activities, handling enquiries, developing the home's digital presence, and networking with the local community.

Qualificações

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
