Job summary

Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, delivering sales and marketing activity, and representing the home to the local community.

You will work with the management team to develop the home’s digital presence and network locally, converting enquiries to residents and supporting wider marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will have sales/marketing experience, CRM familiarity, and excellent

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
